Nestled along the west coast of Ibiza, where sun, sea and culture meet, restaurant Madunia is set to open its doors in June 2024. The name ‘Madunia’ is derived from ‘Mama Dunia’ or ‘Mother Earth’, reflecting the establishment’s deep connection to nature. The team at Madunia take its cues from the beautiful island, using her diverse produce to create dishes and drinks that perfectly complement the restaurant’s unique setting.

Toni Leo, born and raised on the White Island found his calling in the realm of hospitality during the opening days of iconic venues ON Ibiza. It was here, in 2010, that he began his career. With each passing year, Toni refining his skills at establishments such as Lio Ibiza, Park Chinois in London, and Rhudo in Madrid. His tapestry of experiences, both on the island and internationally, has empowered him to create unique restaurant experiences where all guests want to return to.
